A5 for monographs, theses and course readers, A4 for textbooks, manuals and reports with tables and figures. Paperback (perfect bound) is the standard binding from 44 to 300 pages; sewn perfect binding or hardcover (case bound) suit library editions and reference works.

Text pages: uncoated (offset) paper, white or cream, or matt or gloss coated paper for illustrated books, in the weights listed by the configurator (typically 80 to 170 gsm).
