Printing for Germany

What we print for German companies

Six families of documents, from 25 copies. Prices come live from our online price list, in euros, for the configuration named in each card; every option can be changed on the price page. Delivery to Germany is itemised on your quote.

Why German buyers order from multi-pages.com

Because the quote, the proof, the invoice and the delivery fit the way a German purchasing department already works.

Example: a catalogue for a trade-fair stand in Frankfurt

A stand in Frankfurt, Hanover, Cologne, Düsseldorf or Munich is where many of our German customers' catalogues are first picked up. The brief is always the same: survive a day in a visitor's bag, still look right on a desk a week later.

  • Specification: A4 portrait, 48 pages on 130 gsm matt paper, 250 gsm cover with matt lamination, perfect bound: from €429.00 excl. VAT for 100 copies on our price list.
  • Why perfect binding: the flat spine carries the company name and the year, so the catalogue is found again on a shelf. Saddle stitching is also possible at 48 pages and lighter to carry; it needs a page count in multiples of 4.
  • Two languages: a German edition and an English edition for international visitors, printed in the same order, each with its own quantity.
  • Two deliveries: part of the run to the exhibition centre before the build-up day, the rest to your office, on the same quote.
  • Timing: give us the opening date of the fair with your request; the production date is confirmed on the quote before you sign.

FAQ – Printing for Germany

Do you deliver to Germany?

Yes. We deliver anywhere in Germany, in all sixteen Länder, by tracked parcel to your office, your warehouse or a trade-fair venue, to one address or several. Delivery is itemised on your quote.

Is the invoice VAT-free for a German company?

Yes. Between businesses in the European Union, the invoice is issued without VAT under the reverse-charge mechanism when you give us a valid intra-community VAT number (USt-IdNr., DE followed by nine digits). Add it to your quote request.

What language do you work in?

In English, from the quote to the invoice. Your document itself can be in German: we print the PDF exactly as supplied, umlauts, Eszett and hyphenation included, and a German and an English version can be produced in the same order, each with its own quantity.

How do I get a quote, and what is the minimum quantity?

Fill in the form on this page with the format, page count, quantity, paper and delivery postcode: the quote is free and a real person replies within 2 working hours. Minimums are 25 copies for stapled brochures, magazines and pocket paperbacks, 100 for perfect-bound brochures and catalogues, and 10 for hardcover books.

Can I order and reorder from the customer area?

Yes. Once the quote is accepted, you upload your files to your customer area, approve the online proof and find the invoice and your order history there. A reprint is reordered from the same place, on the same specification.
