A printing price is no mystery. Here is, item by item, what you pay when you order on multi-pages.com, and why the unit price drops when the quantity goes up.
Indicative breakdown for a stapled A4 brochure, 12 pages, laminated cover, 100 copies. It varies with paper, binding and quantity.
Preparing the presses, checking the file and producing the proof cost the same for 25 or 1,000 copies. Once the run starts, each extra brochure only adds paper, ink and finishing. That is why a copy at 1,000 costs eight times less than at 25.
| 25 copies | €117 excl. VAT | €4.68 / copy |
| 100 copies | €160 excl. VAT | €1.60 / copy |
| 250 copies | €329 excl. VAT | €1.32 / copy |
| 1,000 copies | €584 excl. VAT | €0.58 / copy |
Stapled A4 brochure, 12 pages, 130 gsm matt, 170 gsm laminated cover. Prices taken from the configurator on 20 September 2026.
Each 4-page section adds paper and printing. Above 72 pages we switch to perfect binding.
90 gsm offset is the most economical; 130 or 170 gsm coated shows photos at their best; heavy weights cost more.
Stapling is the cheapest. Perfect binding and Wire-O need more finishing work.
Matt or gloss lamination is included in our standard configurations; soft touch costs a little more.
An A5 uses half the paper of an A4 for the same page count.
The strongest lever: the quantity table in the configurator shows the saving per copy at each tier.
The price you see in the configurator is the price you pay, excluding VAT. No handling fee, no file-check surcharge, no promo code reserved for some customers: the same rate for everyone, shown before you order.
